Controller
We are currently seeking a Controller to join our team. As Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of our organization. You will be key in managing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements
- Develop and implement budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal control procedures
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and decision-making
- Manage the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with tax laws
- Provide accurate and timely financial information and guidance to management for strategic planning and decision-making
- Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation and ensure compliance
-Reports directly to the CFO
Requirements:
- Education in accounting or finance
- Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
