Evening Custodian, – Fairmount School
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Maine Department of Education CHRC authorization required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability and desire to learn basic maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, boiler operation, grounds maintenance and painting required
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with other staff and students required
Physical ability to independently lift heavy objects weighing up to 70 pounds required
Ability to climb to the height of any Bangor School Building required
Ability to handle hazardous materials in a safe manner required
Experience as a school custodian, or the equivalent in custodial service in other institutions and firms desirable
