Job Posting: Specialized Program/Day Treatment Educational Technicians
Competitive salary based on experience $24.44-$28.94/hour

Job Goal: To provide support in delivering individualized specialized instruction for students with special needs. Duties include implementing behavior plans, improving functional skill deficits and working with students who may display challenging behaviors. Specialized Program/Day Treatment Education Technicians will be placed in district programs as needed and will be expected to respond to escalated students.
Qualifications: Requirements include a minimum of 60 semester hours of approved study, collaboration skills, time management flexibility, stress management and composure. Experience in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
Certification: Ed Tech III (3) or Ed Tech II (2) authorization through the Maine Department of Education, ability to obtain Safety Care and Behavioral Health Certification.
Looking for individuals who have a true desire to collaborate with other professionals to benefit students. Willing to train qualified candidates and advanced training is available for candidates interested in pursuing a career in ABA, as a BCBA or other specialized career paths.
Certification: State of Maine Ed Tech II or III Authorization
