Business Manager
Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package

- Lead financial strategy and operations for a combined $40+ million budget
- Partner directly with the Superintendent to shape district-wide initiatives

Your Role as Business Manager:
- Develop and execute strategic financial planning
- Lead annual budget development and management
- Provide monthly budget updates to key stakeholders
- Oversee business office operations and staff development
- Ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance
- Advise Superintendent on all financial matters
Required Qualifications:
- Proven business management or financial oversight experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google applications
- Solid foundation in accounting principles and practices
- Supervisory experience
- Maine Department of Education CHRC Approval
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- School district business office experience
- ERP Pro software expertise
