GRADE 5 ELA/SOCIAL STUDIES TEACHERfor remainder of 2024/2025 school year
The Lisbon School Department is seeking a highly qualified K-8 certified teacher for the position of Grade 5 ELA/Social Studies teacher for the remainder of the 2024/2025 school year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history of teaching at the Elementary level. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Wonders 23 reading and writing with experience using the workshop model. A thorough understanding of the common core standards, the ability to collaborate within and among teams and with parents, and the ability to organize, track and analyze data to plan and implement Response to Intervention is preferred. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to use PBIS to achieve a supportive learning environment.
*Must have current Maine state certification with 020 endorsement
