The Kittery School District is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and student-centered leader for R.W. Traip Academy, a public high school serving approximately 280 students in grades 9–12.
Traip Academy is one of three schools in the Kittery School District and is committed to proficiency-based learning, ensuring students graduate with a rigorous, standards-based diploma. The school emphasizes 21st-century skills, including critical and creative thinking, communication, and collaboration. Expanded Learning Opportunities are integral to the Traip Academy experience, offering early college courses, internships, service-learning, online learning, and a Senior Capstone Project.
