Head Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach

Falmouth Athletics is seeking candidates for the position of Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach.

Job Responsibilities Include: 

• Leading the Varsity Girls Lacrosse Program as head coach
• Create strong skill-based practice plans for skill and strategy development
• Strong Leadership and communication skills and the ability to lead student-athletes, work with boosters and the athletic department

Falmouth Public Schools are located in three buildings on a 100-acre K-12 campus in Falmouth Maine, a coastal community bordering the city of Portland.  Our campus features extensive fields, trails, gardens and hoop houses, and rich opportunities for collaboration between schools.   Equally important is our commitment to ensuring that all members of our community feel known, respected and appreciated as we work to fulfill our District Mission: Navigating Creative Pathways to Courageous, Compassionate, and Fulfilling Lives. 

Qualifications:
Interested candidates should have or be able to obtain the following: Maine State Fingerprinting, Falmouth Public Schools background check, First Aid, CPR, AED, Concussion and suicide prevention training. Coaches will also have to pass the NFHS Coaching Principles course. Other training may be required at the request of the athletic director and/or district.

The season will run from March 31, 2024 to June 15, 2025
Stipend value = $5,774.51
