Bonny Eagle Adult Education is hiring for a part-time (15 hours/week) Workforce Coordinator starting in our fall 2024 semester.
Some duties include: Conducting intake, assessments and orientation for workforce learners; connecting and following up with funding agencies regarding student program acceptance status; Working effectively with local and regional employers to meet the student and employer training needs while conducting regular follow ups to ensure needs are being met; Keeping accurate student records and assisting in the collection of data for State and Federal reports; Working with the program director to provide and execute recruitment strategies to increase enrollment in programs. They will perform other related duties as assigned by the Adult Education Director.
Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Workforce Education, Adult Education, or closely related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in Adult Education with workforce students, instructors and programs preferred
- Workforce program development experience a plus
