Licensed Clinical Social Worker

RSU 40 is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for our grade 7&8th grade Day Treatment Program.
This clinician will provide support and supervision of school-based day treatment Section 28 and Section 65 services. This entails individual and group therapy, classroom support and providing weekly supervision of the Behavioral Health Professionals (BHP's) who work with students identified for special education, as well as creating and collecting data for Social Work IEP goals. 

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or conditional (LMSW-cc), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or conditional (LCPC-C).
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing including prior authorizations, and Behavioral Health Professional supervision.
• Knowledge of MaineCare Section 28 and 65 assessments, Individual Treatment Plan preparation, and Individual Treatment Plan reviews.
• Team-oriented worker who can collaborate and work well in a team of education professionals. 
• Knowledge of positive behavior support plans and behavior programming.
• Knowledge of child and adolescent development.

Starting pay for this position is $83,500.
