Ketcha Outdoors is searching for a dynamic Director of Youth & Camp Programs to oversee our Summer Day Camp, School Year Vacation Camp, and farm programs. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in the great outdoors year-round.
What You’ll Do: As the Director of Youth & Camp Programs, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of engaging, nature-based education programs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor seasonal staff and volunteers.
- Build inclusive environments for campers, families, and staff to feel a true sense of belonging.
- Oversee the operations of summer camp, vacation camp, and farm programs, ensuring they meet state licensing and American Camp Association standards.
- Manage budgets, monitor program effectiveness, and ensure a high level of safety and quality across all programs.
- Care for farm animals and oversee their year-round management.
What We’re Looking For: We want a passionate leader with:
- 5+ years of experience coordinating youth programming, especially in a summer camp setting.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A deep understanding of youth development, outdoor education, and inclusive programming.
- Strong communication skills to engage campers, staff, and parents effectively.
A love for nature and a commitment to fostering community.

Compensation: The salary range is between $60,000 and $70,000, depending on experience, and it is combined with a comprehensive benefits package outlined below.
