Mountain Valley High School- Nutrition Services- Production Manager (40hrs/wk- SY)

            

We are looking for professionals who love kids!

Requirements:

CHRC(fingerprinting)Certification/Endorsement

Effective communication and computer skills

Serve Safe Certification

Knowledge of current trends in the food industry

Ability to demonstrate skills and provide quality assurance of finished product.

This is a skilled supervisory position requiring varied experiences in food service production and management of programs and personnel.

*Minimum 2years expereicne with Food Service Production in a commercial kitchen with strong culinary skills or graduate of culinary Arts Technical school preferred.

Duties:

*Model positive and prefessional behavior for their team.

*Run a clean, well-organized, efficient kitchen

*Create delicious, eye pleasing, trending food on a non-profit budget.

*Effectively manage a kitchen with 5 employees while supporting food ordering and production food for an additional site.

*Manage vendor relations.

Work in an ever changing and diverse student environment, where their needs are understood and met by administering progrmas to help them thrive.

We are 45 minutes from Lewiston/Auburn and 90 minutes from Portland. We have great outdoor recreation and children who need you!
