Accountant - Part Time/Full Time

Lee Academy is looking for an Accountant to support the operations of the business office.  Duties will cover a wide range of responsibilities related to HR, Payroll, AR, AP. 

We are looking for the following qualifications:

  * Knowledge & Experience in Checkwriters Payroll and Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT is a plus.

  * Knowledge & Understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting principals.

  * Knowledge & Experience in MS Office & Google Suites.

  * Possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

  * Ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations and handle confidential matters with discretion, problem solving skills, work well with

     others and the ablility to function independently.

 

Applicant selected for the position will need to be fingerprinted with the Department of Education, pass & maintain the State of Maine background check.

Compensation based on experience.
