Winslow High School - Math Teacher
Winslow High School is looking for an innovative math teacher to join the Black Raider Family. In addition, WHS offers many opportunities to advise students in activities and extracurriculars which helps to develop positive professional relationships beyond the classroom.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of the unique developmental needs of students and is committed to ensuring the success of each child. The position may require the candidate to teach a variety of courses ranging from Algebra to Calculus (including Accounting).
Winslow High School math teachers have been working with Maine Math Science Alliance for the past few years using Building Thinking Classroom as a framework for their work with students. Qualifications: State of Maine (300) 7-12 Mathematics Certification and Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) certification.
