Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Districtwide
ANTICIPATED

Certified as a BCBA by the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Master's Degree with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology or related field and has completed the BCBA approved course sequence
Current CHRC Authorization necessary
Skilled at record keeping required
Ability to conduct initial functional behavior assessments (FBA's) and periodically update FBA's necessary
Ability to use evaluative data to create and update positive behavioral support plans required
Ability to interpret evaluative data and demonstrate skill in diagnostic-prescriptive teaching required
Experience teaching at the elementary and/or secondary level preferred
Ability to use techniques of Safety Care necessary
Ability to work as part of a team required
