RSU No. 67 is seeking a dynamic, personable, and visionary educational leader to lead Mattanawcook Academy and its team of talented educators.  RSU No. 67 strives to continually build upon our strengths to enhance the quality of education for ALL students. 

The next principal of Mattanawcook Academy will have the following:

• A passion for academic excellence
• Successful experience as a classroom teacher and administrator
• Extensive knowledge of high school level curriculum, instruction, and assessment
• Deep understanding of high school dynamics and the needs of high school students
• Dedication to student-centered learning
• Collaborative leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a variety of responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
