2 CUSTODIAN POSITIONS OPEN:

1 FULL TIME  40 Hours  - 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. 

1 PART TIME  20 Hours - Schedule negotiable

Job Goal:

To maintain the physical school building in a condition of operating excellence and safety standards in order to provide a safe environment in which students may learn, employees may work and citizens may visit.

 Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Maintains buildings and grounds, including some outdoor maintenance.
2. Performs general repairs and maintenance related to all equipment in the buildings, including required service.
3. May operate grounds equipment such as, but not limited to, snow plows, tractors and lawnmowers.
4. Helps with dealing with emergency repair problems.
5. Provides support, as assigned, to other custodians or other employees of the school department.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
7. Follows health and safety procedures established by the district.
8. Arrives and departs punctually, notifying appropriate personnel about absences and coverage.
9. Demonstrates loyalty, dependability, integrity and other ethical standards.
10. Follows the chain of command for various administrative procedures and student or program concerns.

 $16.32- $20.40/hr depending on experience  ('23-'24)
