School Nurse Substitutes (Grades 9-12)

Lincoln Academy is looking to hire School Nurse Substitutes to work on an on-call, as as-needed basis. 

Expectations:

• Knowledge of adolescent growth and development;
• Knowledge of nursing care for adolescents;
• Understanding of school health policies and procedures;
• Competency in emergency care;
• Administration of medicine;
• Familiarity with community health resources;
• Desire to work with adolescents;
• Recent practice as registered nurse

Qualifications:

• Maine R.N. license required
• Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) Approval required
