Penquis Valley High School (9-12) is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and collaborative special education teacher for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of and skill at various aspects of special education, including developing and implementing IEPs and differentiating instruction to meet student need; experience working with adolescents from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds; the ability to manage a classroom; and interest in supporting students’ academic and functional growth to ensure postsecondary readiness.
