Long-Term Sub - Special Services Teacher (Resource Room, Grades 4-5)

Preference will be given to those that hold a Maine Dept. of Education State Certification - grades K-8 (282) or able to obtain emergency certification. The subbing term is expected to begin in April 2025 and go through the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
Preference will be given to those with knowledge of special education paperwork and procedures, experience with differentiated instruction, ability to work as part of a group, experience with various elementary curricula, strong organizational skills, and the ability to use technology for hybrid/remote learning.
The successful candidate will teach in a Resource Room classroom serving students (grades 4-5) with various disabilities.
