BREWER HIGH SCHOOL 2024-2025

French/Spanish Teacher (World Language)

  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with high school students and staff
  • Holds current MDOE Teacher Certification - endorsement in World Language, and CHRC approval
  • Experience in proficiency-based education 
  • Holds a belief that students learn in different ways and in different time frames
  • Understands and implements assessment practices that separate content from habits of work
  • Team person with high school training, philosophy, and experience
  • Recent experience with assessment, rubric and performance-based learning
  • Computer literacy and ability to integrate technology in the classroom
  • Experience with inclusive special education
  • Extracurricular and/or coaching interests
  • Ability to pass a background check
