Functional Life Skills Teacher - Mount View Elementary School
RSU3 is seeking a dynamic special education teacher at Mount View Elementary School in our K- 5 functional life skills program.
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in inclusive programming, positive behavior plans, and working with students with autism spectrum disorders

Flexibility necessary to program for students with cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs

Ability to collect and utilize academic and behavioral data to drive instruction and daily living skills curriculum

Ability to supervise and collaborate with educational technicians

Current Safety Care Authorization (or can be trained by the district)

Current Maine Gr. K-8 Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certification (282E)
