Position: Boys’ Basketball Coach
Grade Levels: 6th, 7th, and 8th Grades

Job Summary:
We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated coach to lead our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys' basketball
team. As a coach, you will inspire and develop student-athletes by teaching fundamental skills,
promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions.
? Instruct student-athletes on proper techniques and game strategies.
? Foster sportsmanship, leadership, and a positive team culture.
? Organize team activities, including games and travel arrangements.
? Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games.
? Communicate effectively with parents, players, and school administration.
Qualifications:
? Passion for basketball and working with middle school students.
? Previous coaching or playing experience is preferred.
? Strong communication and leadership skills.
? Ability to manage team dynamics and encourage growth.
? Must meet all district and state coaching requirements.
