Custodian 2nd Shift

SUPPORT SERVICES JOB POSTING

JOB CLASSIFICATION:  Custodian 2^nd Shift  

LOCATION:       Margaret Chase Smith Community School

HOUR:        Monday – Friday

                     8 hours per day

                     40 hours per week

                     52 weeks per year

 Qualifications:

1. Minimum High School Diploma or HiSET
2. Documented experience in custodial services
3. Must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record, checked through the state.
4. Demonstrated ability to work with others in a team setting
5. Must be able to climb and work on ladders
6. Demonstrated knowledge of:
   • Chemical handling, SDS sheets
   • Storage and handling techniques
   • Operation of cleaning equipment
   • Heating & Ventilation
   • Minor building repairs
