Special Education Social Worker at Thomaston Grammar School
A successful candidate will be expected to perform the following tasks:
- Provide specific IEP mandated social work/counseling services to special education students at Thomaston Grammar School to address the students’ social-emotional and behavioral needs.
- Engage in positive conflict resolution between families and schools.
- Provide consultation/staff development to school personnel in areas of need. Complete appropriate special education documentation in a timely manner.
- Conduct formal/informal student assessments.
- Review and approve incident report forms.
- Coordinate services with outside agencies as necessary.
Applicants for this position must have the appropriate educational background, experience.

Qualifications: LCSW licensure Maine
Requirements: Criminal History Record Check (CHRC)
