SPECIAL EDUCATION TRANSITION COORDINATOR

 

Providing Special Education Services Children ages 3-4 years old

Positions start Spring, Summer and Fall 2025

Positions funded through the Maine Office of Special Services and Inclusive Education (OSSIE)

 

Special Education Transition Coordinator

  • Coordinate the MSAD 54 Early Intervention Team
  • Lead Early Intervention IEP Meetings
  • Coordinate Services for Early Childhood Students 
  • Ensure financial resources are allocated within organization limits
